New AppFog Twitter Accounts
Here at AppFog, we’ve been working hard to build out our support team while continuing to deliver the support you’ve come to expect from us.
And so we decided that it’d be best to expand the number of two-way communication channels between our support team and the developers that use AppFog.
Beginning today, in addition to our existing Issue Tracking and Support Email options, we’re proud to let you know that we are now providing support and status updates via two new Twitter accounts.
For support issues on Twitter, please use @AppFogHelp.
For status updates, please follow @AppFogStatus.
These work for both AppFog and PHP Fog users. They will help our support team identify and act on our support issues more quickly and give our customers direct and immediate status updates.
